In the early 1960's, Thomas Carvel had a dream of building a championship golf course that he, his friends, the local community and people from nearby cities could enjoy with easy access. By 1968 the dream became a reality and the Thomas Carvel Country Club opened.
Carvel Country Club, with its 18 hole championship course, is located in northern Dutchess County. Carvel's challenging layout will test even the most discriminating players while it will encourage others to play their best round.
After the success of years past Carvel Country Club has decided to open its doors for a limited 2010 golf season. Don’t forget to mark your calendars; we look forward to seeing you in 2010.

Carvel Country Club will begin taking tee times on Fridays from 8am-3pm.
